I registered but I have not received the confirmation email
The confirmation email can sometimes take several minutes to get to your inbox.
Also you could check the spam folder. If the email is there, be sure to mark the sender as not spam in order to prevent this problem in future mailings from us.
If you did not get the email, you can ask for it again, here.
If you still don't receive the email, please contact us to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I can not log in
First of all, make sure you have received the confirmation email and you have completed the process correctly. If you did not get the confirmation email, check point number 1.
In order to complete the registration process you must click the link in your confirmation email. The link should lead you to the login page, showing you a message of the confirmation being successful.
If after this process you still can not login, please check point number 3.

I can't remember my password (or my username)
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it.
Enter the email address you used in the registration and we will send you an email with the instructions in order to reset your password. In this email we will give you also your username.
If you don't click the link in that email, your user account will not be changed.

I can not register because the email address is already in use
Our system allows only one user per email account, so you can't register more than one person using the same email.
Anyway, if you don't have a second e-mail address at the moment, you could create one for free in internet. Please contact us if you need advise on how to do so, we'll be pleased to help you.

I can't reset my password
If the 'remember your password' process (point 3) does not work for you, check that your user account has been confirmed (see point number 1).
